I love the way it looks with the tile! The sink is super deep--good for face washing--and the faucet looks really good with it too I think. We got a "comfort height" toilet and other than the plastic seat (why do nice toilets come with stupid plastic seats??) I really like it too:
Here's one of the simplest but very exciting updates...our curved shower rod that is attached to the wall!!! No more mid-shower-falling-curtain incidents! The curve is fantastic and gives you all the elbow room you never knew you missed until you had it!
To get an idea of the layout:
The wall separating the sink from the tub used to jut out another 6 inches. We've gained so much floor space for sure!
And here's what went on while we were away:
Molly's window is to the left, then the new closet, then the bathroom window and the music room window. They said there were lots of layers to get through as evidenced below:
